Detailed Survey, Laying of 220 KV 1200 Sq. mm cable ( 6+1 spare) including excavation of ground for min. 1.9 meter depth/as per the site requirement for trefoil arrangement and constraints in normal or hard soil Sand/brick installed, roads or any other site condition/underground conditions refiling, raining of earth etc. with suitable size RCC/HDPE pipes as cover on strategic locations for complete machanical protections of the Cable showing all danger sign etc. in the ground and above on the route including structure installation, earthing, bounding shielding size testing and commissioning in all respects.

Complete Route Survey, Check Survey including trial pits, Profiling, Alignment etc. including prepration of Tower schedule, pegmarking of locations etc.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or manually means

Laying of 1200 Sq.mm. 220 KV Cable including all the works related to laying of cable like excavation, sand filling, RCC slab, warning tape, backfilling, removing of extra excavated earth etc. complete in all respect including testing & commissioning of cable system.

Providing and laying of position cement concrete or specified grade including the cost of centering, shuttering, material, forming, concreting, curing of water and cost of CC for 1:3:6 (excluding the cost of Reinforcement of slab).

Providing and laying of position cement concrete or specified grade including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, forming, concreting, curing of water and cost of cement 1:1.5:3 (excluding the cost of Reinforcement of slab).

Reinforcement for RCC work including cost of all size of bars, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level cods twisted bars.

Brick work with commen brunt clay F.P.S. brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth as per requirement cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand ), work also include plaster of walls of ratio 1:6 & curing of water.

Installation of Porcelain Type outdoor Termination Kit suitable for 220 KV 1200 Sq.mm copper cable including earthing etc.

Release of existing Earth wire of 220 KV single circuit Khodri - Jhajhra Line including all associated work for destringing.

Laying, Stringing Tensioning, clamping, jointing, jumperting etc. complete with single earth wire 7/9 SWG including fixing of clamps and all accessories.

Setting of Achor bolt and setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation.

Excavation of foundation pits for Utility Monopoles and Lattice structure tower including all earthwork, backfilling and levelling etc. in

Concrete for foundation pits for Steel structure tower including all material, shoring, and shuttering forming ( if any ), concreting and curing by water including cost of cement for concrete (cost of supply of MS steel bar is not to be included).

Utility Monopoles erection including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator & fitting of danger, number & phase plate but including punching of bolts and also include erection of power cable on steel pole.

Super structure erection of 220 KV "C" type tower, tower part, tower extention (complete) with bolts & nuts and including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators & fitting of danger plate, number plate, phase plate, circuit plate, anti climbing devices and bird guards, but including punching of bolts.

Grounding work with Pipe type earthing and backfilling excluding cost of earthing material (Set of Two) for lattice structure and monopole.
