Construction of Solan Meenus (MDR-02) road Km 24/345 to 61/0 (SH Preparation of Detail Project Report of Km 24/345 to 42/000)

Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Solan-Meenus Road (Km 24/345 to Km 42/000) under NABARD Scheme. The work comprises the preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Solan-Meenus Road from Km 24/345 to Km 42/000 under the NABARD Scheme. The scope of work shall include site inspection and submission of the Inspection Report, Preliminary Project Report (PPR), survey plan, geological investigations, contour plan, utility plan, traffic census report, transit walk report, and road inventory. The assignment shall also include conducting a seven (7) day videographic traffic count survey at prominent locations along the project corridor. Further, the consultant shall prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and Structural Drawings (SDs) for bridges, slab culverts, box culverts, Hume pipe culverts, protection works, road pavement, slope protection works, and lined drains in accordance with the latest MoRTH (Ministry of Rural Development) and NRIDA ( National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency) guidelines and specifications. The scope shall also include the design and drawings for extension of existing slab culverts and Hume pipe culverts, wherever required. The work shall further comprise the preparation of the DPR and detailed working drawings based on the approved alignment. The DPR shall include complete bid documents, detailed estimates, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The consultant shall submit six (6) hard copies of the DPR along with soft copies stored on pen drives. Any modifications, corrections, or amendments required by the Department during the review and approval process shall be incorporated and resubmitted without any additional cost. Upon obtaining approval from the Head Office or the Project Sanctioning Authority, six (6) sets of the final approved DPR along with soft copies on pen drives shall be submitted to the Department.

That the payment will be released as per the following schedule:- 1. At the time of submission of DPR alongwith working/structural Drawings and approval of the menuscript copy from the competent authiority. =40% of awarded amount. 2. At the time of submission of fair copies of DPR along with working /Structural drawings and further submission to Planing Department. = 20% of awarded amount. 3. On the approval of the DPR/Project from the NABARD/Funding Agency. = 20% of awarded amount. 4. On the approval of working estimate/DNIT/BOQ and preparation of SBD = 15% of awarded amount. 5. After giving the layout of cross drianage work, R/walls , B/walls etc during the execution the work = 5% of awarded amount.
