Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 02 cusec HZ split casing suction pump unit no.01 of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 14km/trip :

Complete dismantling of split casing pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling , dismantling, and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fastener etc

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample. The job also includes the charge for repairs to bearing seat.

Fabrication, p/f of cooling rings of G.M as per sample

Fabrication, p/f of SS check nut as per sample

Repairs to damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality electrodes then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimension and profile of shaft

Providing and fitting of TC- 18 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor

Complete assembling of HZ split casing pump after proper cleaning of all the parts, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load.

Providing of palmative packing as per sample for pumping units.

Providing of grease for site to use it for pumping units

Repairs to the minor leakage (600cm long) at 08 spots along 200mm mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
