Generating Plant / Equipment

2 Jet Horizontal Turgo Impulse Turbine / Pelton Turbine to deliver 500 kW at generator terminals, each comprising of shaft, runner, spiral casing complete distribution assembly, adjustable guide vanes,servomechanism, bearings, draft tube, drainage / dewatering system and cooling water system including all other accessories such as indicating and recording instruments, safety devices, butterflyt valves etc. as required.

Brushless Horizontal Synchronous Generators of 500 kW (having 10% continuos overload capacity), 1000/750 RPM as required, 0. 415 kV/0.3 kV, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ + 3% class 'F' insulation, natural aircooled with brushless excitation system. i/c all accessories such as instrumentation and other auxiliaries. (RPM of generator to be same as that of turbine)

Electronic Governors of proven and reputed company/ make including electronic cabinet complete in all respect and suitable for above Turbine sets including proportional Valves and guide vane displacement transducers.The Governor should be able to take 30-50 % step load at one go for isolation operation of plant and should also be compatible for grid synchronisation and parallel operation of both the machines.

Main inlet valves (MIV) of suitable diameter preferably of Φ 400 mm dia, hydraulically operated along with By-Pass arrangement, Dismantling Joints, mounting flanges and each capable of handling rated discharge at gross head and suitable for fixing on penstocks.

Oil pressure Unit of proven and reputed make for regulation of Guide Vanes and Butterfly Valves of each Turbine with 2 oil pump-motor sets( 1 main & 1 stand by) mounted on oil tank, provided with adequate pressure oil accumulators, nitrogen charged bladders, safety and indicating devices, valves, stariners, relays, instrument, piping etc., in complete shape.

Turbine Control(UCB) Panel including protection, metering and control system, all indicating instruments, switches and relays etc.

Generator Control and Protection Panel including all indicating instruments, switches, relays and drop out type ACBs of 415 V, 1250 A

Transformer Control and Protection Panel including all indicating instruments, switches,relays and drop out type ACBs of 415 V, 1250 A
