Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required line, grades cutting and trimming of side slopes , camber, super elevation and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or by mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidential necessary to complete the work by mechanical means /labour if required. All useful materials such as stone, shingles, aggregates and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera and other similar structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the line and dimensions shown in the drawings as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimeter) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for all type of structure nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in retaining wall, breast wall etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900, 1200 and 1600 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing Weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, Wing walls, Return walls, Retaining walls with 100mm (One hundred milimetres) dia with pressure not less than 4.00 kg /cm² (four point zero zero kilogram ) per centimetre square P.V.C. pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (one) (Vertically) : 20 (Twenty) (Horizontally) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits cutting, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and grade up to any height compacted with three Wheel Road Roller 80-100 ( eighty-hundred ) KN static weight road roller to meet the requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental , as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in –Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three milimetres to twenty two point four milimetres) specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base after and including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributer and spraying at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means of road surface as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cubic metre (Zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with penetration grade Bitumen VG-30 (VG-Thirty ) at the rate 14.6 Kilogram (fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 (Thirty / Forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade, camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) KN static road roller Capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 508 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . ( Ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten capacity) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material labour and equipment required to execute the work to the site of work complete in all respect, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of concrete grade M-10 ( M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water / dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths and curing complete including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge Including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying(to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred milimetre diameter) reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipe IS class NP2 for culverts on First class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding th cost of excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per Drawing and MORD technical specification section 1100, including hauling of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
