Taking out silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks and suitably disposed off outside MD land for the following capacities :-
(a) 100 users capacity.
(b) 150 users capacity.
(c) 250 users capacity.
Material & Labour cleaning of underground sump of the following capacity by bailing out the water in the sump below foot valve level, removing the sludge and scale out the floors, walls etc. removing green algae, with wire brush by applying bleaching powder, washing the surfaces with fresh potable water including removal of sludge and other materials to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(a) Underground sump of capacity 10000 Glns.
(b) Underground sump of capacity 20000 Glns.
Cleaning of Overhead Reservoir of capacity 20000 Glns on 18Mtrs staging by scraping the inside walls by wire brush complete including removal of all sludge / silt and dirty water inside and cleaning the sump with fresh water by adding bleaching powder for infection and removing the chlorinated water afterwards including white washing with one coat of lime and writing the details of tank cleaning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in water closet, including trap, soil waste pipe, upto Ist manhole in case of ground floor or uptoTee junction for other floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in floor trap for urinal or wash hand basin or sink including waste pipe and gully trap in case of ground floor and Tee cross junction for other floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Desiliting of the existing drain/sewage line of any size such as removal of clay/ mud, junk material , plastic or biological waste, vegitation & soil etc. & removal of the same from the site to a distance not exceeding 500 Metre & depositing where directed the material colleted from the drains including muck has to be dumped in near by excavated pits & covered with soil & made good, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & Fixing for Epoxy coated (pre-painted) punch tape concertina coil of 610mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19mm width as per IS-513 with and including 18 micron zink coating (Each coil is to be expanded upto 6 mtr length only) placed over U shape MS angle, including taking down old unserviceable concertina coil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour PVC coated 4mm dia galvanised steel wire mesh of apparture 100mm x 100mm made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & Fixing 300mm x 300mm Sign board Sticker should be retro reflective on one side over 3mm thick ACP Sheet with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue colour with computer cut letters, sign and border all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Back of sign sheet should be stove enameled and baked to 120 degree centigrade to make all weather resistant. All welds of stainless steel to be finished and polished to match with the frame. The sign board shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone agg) of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.75 mtr from GL etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per sample kept in the office of AGE B/R.

Supply & Fixing High intensity HIP reflective sign boards both side of hardened stainless steel alloy sheet 4mm thick stainless steel welded to stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 50mm x 50mm x 4mm frame of size 1200mm x 900mm. Frame fixed with bolts to stand post of size 50mm sq 2.1 mtr long stainless steel pipe of 4mm with stainless steel bended clamps, legs should be covered with additional stainless steel sheet 3mm thick. Top and bottom leg should be closed with welded stainless steel sheet. All stainless steel sheet parts should be polished. Sign board sheet should be retro reflective on both side with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue colour with computer cut letters, sign and border all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and Apply of Imported water base PU polish on Maple wooden, installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level with imported water base PU polish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, and as per sample kept in the office of AGE B/R.
Material & Labour for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding windows & ventilators (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels/ shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, locking arrangement, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows and ventilators with natutal matt fininsh), including taking down old unserviceable aluminium scrap, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber gasket/ PVC gasket, glazing clips, screws etc., as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel arround contacting surface of aluminium work.
Material & Labour for Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding at front edge, including taking down old unserviceable granite stone slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Quality of granite all as approved by GE.
