Regular examination, lubrication and Adjustment of the equipment and planned maintenance in the systematic manner and replacement of parts as detailed below:-

(i) Renew all wires ropes and chain to mainteain an adequate factor of safety, to equalie tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring,

(iii) Examine periodically all safty devices and governor and all customary safty test.

(iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment all back services 24 hours as all working days as well as holidays/ Sunday. The firm will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating connections.
