Dehydration, hot filtration de sludging of transformer oil of any type / capacity of transformer at site including all arrangement of tools plants etc to achieve dielectric strength not less than 60 KV(rms) with 2.5 mm testing gap, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dehydration, hot filtration de sludging of transformer oil of any type / capacity of transformer at site including all arrangement of tools plants etc to achieve dielectric strength not less than 50 KV(rms) with 2.5 mm testing gap, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling dehydration and filtration of new transformer oil for toping up / replacement of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV (rms) with gap of 2.5 mm all as conforming to IS 335 of 1993, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting transformer outdoor / indoor type 11 KV /433 Volt supply system ellectrically both side, earth terminal and taking down carefully from pole / platform mounted on PCC foundation etc and carrying to work shop for repair of following capacities:-

(a) 63 KVA to 250 KVA

(b) 300 KVA to 750 KVA

Supply and replacing Surge counter Monitor suitable Lightning Arrestor (Surge Arrestor) for a rated voltage of 72.5 KV, Model No SC-07-1, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair/rewinding of transformer HT coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including dismantling of top cover, decanting transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container,disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assey, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, assemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer. Note : (i) Filtration of oil shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) New Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately (if Reqd). (iii) New super enamelled / paper coated copper wire shall be measured and paid separately (if Reqd). (iv) Major spares/parts for repair shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of this schedule.

M & L for rewinding of transformer HT coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paints including surface preparation and painting / making SM MES No Capacity etc all as directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 200 KVA to 300 KVA

(b) 400 KVA to 750 KVA

(c) 5000 KVA (5 MVA)

Supply & fixing in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly complete unit including Silica gel and taking out the old unserviceable one and providing proper gasket including replacement of corroded pipe connections to breather assembly suitable for transformer of capacity 100 - 200 KVA, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No 10.00 as above but for transformer of capacity 250-300 KVA.

All as per Serial item No 10.00 as above but for transformer of capacity 315-500 KVA

Supply and fixing and testing of externally operated tap changer switch off load type after dismantling of transformer conservation / top cover and reassembling the same after replacing complete suitable for 63 to 200 KVA Transformer, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for screening metal, chipping etc on the site of the work, when specially order including removing screened material clear screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring( Material from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for loose filling with stone aggregate of gauge 80mm to 150mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 30 cm thick, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 26 here in before but with stone aggregate of gauge 40mm to 80mm deposited , spreas and levelled in layer n.exc 15 cm rthick, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of fabricated Duct covers made out of MS Sheet with carring handle complete of size 60cmx45cmx10mm thick, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening the cover of RMU 11 KV servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (Male/Female), insulation tubes including other connected items for function of RMU, lamp indicators, meters triping coil etc. Cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the RMUs properly, checking of spring changing mechanism, servicing and greasing all movable mechanism, replacement of defective fuse, wiring, spares and resembling and testing and service capability check from remote operation upto satisfaction, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the manufacture instruction. Note:- (i) The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of minor unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) Servicing may be done by autharize person.

M&L for opening the cover of VCBs/Bus coupler 11 KV ,630 Amp and servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contact (Male/Female), insulation tubes including other connected items to functional of pannel board, lamp indicators, meters triping coil etc.Cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the VCB properly, checking of spring changing mechanism, servicing and greasing all movable mechanism, replacement of defective fuse, wiring, spares and resembling and testing and service capability check from remote operation upto satisfaction, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the manufacture instruction. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' (ii) For Sl No 32 to 49 : The make of spare parts, vaccum interrupter, switches, LED indicators should be of existing make of VCB's installed at Main Recieving Station. M&L for servicing/testing /callibration of HT 11 KV relays ensuring of breaker tripping through relay by simulation CDG CDD completed for one VCB panel such as Mster trip relay,auxilary relay etc complete all as specified and as per WBSEB setting parameters, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Callibration may be done by autharize person.

M & L for repair of HT 11 KV vaccum circuit breaker complete set including replacement of complete internal AC/DC circuit wiring with existing size of wire, internal and external painting as per exsting colour, reinsulation of HT busbar and calibration of relays and tripping mechanism and installation of VCB with existing system after coupling with VCB panel by suitable size copper busbar and testing, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for paint of HT VCB 11 KV Panel consisting of 14 Nos VCB at common busbar with two coats of hammer tone paint after preparation of existing surface without damaging any part of VCB, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for detecting carefully the fault of RMU/VCB/Four & Two Pole Structure & HT UG Cable of size 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core either HT cable fault locater machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from under ground/over all length respectively including maggering/connecting/testing on Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Exc and earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item of work. (ii) Straight through joint of HT Cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this work. (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item, dummy location trial shall included in the unit rate of this item. (iv) Contractor shall provide Electrician and helper along with tools. (v) Major Spares/Parts for reapir will be measured and paid saperatly as supply only under relevent item of this schedule.

Note 01 : The item shall be operated maximum 2 (Two) times in the entire period of the Contract period and measurement will be taken every time independently for payment. Note 02:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
