Dismantling Of WaterCloset(Indian&European) , Wash Basin, Urinals Including Trap, Waste Pipes Etc., From the Existng Position and Disposal Of Same With IN The Factory Premises As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled orwaste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all liftsinvolved.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :Of sectional area below 40 square centimetres

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.
