1 The Financial Bid shall be read in conjunction with Bidding Documents.

2 The Financial Bid shall be uploaded online on the e-bidding portal. The bidder shall download the Financial Bid and quote the Rate as per instructions given. After quoting their Rate the Financial Bid and shall be uploaded accordingly. The Rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical bid submission.

3 Currency of bid in accordance with ITB 15 and ITB 37

4 Bidder shall quote their offer in Letter of Financial bid in Indian Rupees (INR) OR any three freely convertible currencies OR a combination of INR and any three freely convertible currencies in the cells which are highlighted Blue of the Letter of Price Bid only. The Rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.

5 The above Lumpsum amount includes duties, taxes (excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Custom Duties), royalties, cess and other levies etc. payable by the Consultant under the Contract, or for any other cause. GST/IGST will be reimbursed to the Consultant as per prevailing rates on production of documents of Payments. (Proof of payment to be submitted).

6 The payment shall be made as per APPENDIX A to Section-8, SCC for Payment Schedule

7 Method of Quoting the Price in the Pricing Document: The Pricing Document is in Excel Format and Quoting of the Price in the Pricing Document should be as Follows: (i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue. (ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue only.

(g) We understand that this Bid, together with your written acceptance thereof included in your notification of award, shall constitute a binding contract between us, until a formal Contract is prepared and executed.

(h) We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest evaluated bid or any other bid that you may receive.

(i) We agree to permit ADB or its representative to inspect our accounts and records and other documents relating to the bid submission and to have them audited by auditors appointed by ADB. We agree to permit AIIB, and the persons or entities designated by it, or authorized according to its respective policies, to inspect and copy all our accounts, and other documents relating to the bid submission and to have them audited by auditors appointed by AIIB.
