Module- 100 WP ( ERTL and Flash Tested) (Supplying and erection) of moduler panel. Supply of 100wp Poly/ Mono crystaline module with IEC 61215, IEC6173-1,2 compliance with: I. The PV module shall contain crystalline silicon solar cells and must have a certificate of testing conforming to IEC 61215 Edition II. The power output of the module(s) under STC would be a minimum of 75 Wp at a load voltage* of 16.4 ± 0.2 V III. The open circuit voltage* of the PV modules under STC would be 21.0 Volts IV. The module efficiency would be 14.5% V. SPV module shall be highly reliable, lightweight and shall have a service life of more than 25 years. SPV modules shall have a limited power loss of not more than 10% of nominal output at the end of 10 years and not more than 20% at the end of 25 years VII. The solar module shall be able to withstand the following environmental conditions normally encountered at site – Temp. extremes ranging from -100 C to +850 C Wind load – 150 km/h Maximum mean hourly rainfall of 40 mm Humidity level upto 95%, (HR/ Vikram/Any MNRE Approved) VIII. Strip must contain the following details a) Name of Manufacturer b) Model or type number c) Serial No. d) Year of make (Including cost of Panel mounting structure)
Supplying and fixing 30W Luminaries comparise of : a) 30W, LED (Philips/Osram/equivalent reputed make with BIS Certificatete) b) Charge controller and it should have over charge protection, deep discharge protection, Batterys reversed polerty protection, Load short circuit protection, Open circut protection, panel revers polarity protection. Over temperature protection c) Automatic dusk to dawn controlling system to monitor the LED operation.
Supply and commissioning of LiPo4 Battery. LITHIUM FERRO Batteries 12.8V, 42AH. (The batteries having BIS Certificat).The battary should have battery management system(BMS) with higher life expectancy,longer cycle life,low discharge rate and charge faster facilities.(MAKE- OKAYA/ Warree/ARTECH ENERGY/AMTEK ) Battary must have 5 years warranty period.
Supply and installation of G.I pole 6 m long , 100mm outer dia 3.6mm thick conforming to IS 1161: 2014 with corrosion proof galvanisation conforming IS 2629-1965 with pole cap at top and base plate 200mmx200mmx10mm with CC foundation having 600mmX600mmX150mm thick CC (4:2:1) Base block below base plate with metal including CC with metal chips (6:3:1) of size 600mmX600mmX1000mm below the ground level surrounding the pole and muffing 300mm dia. and 300 mm hight above ground level including 3mm thick neat cement finishing an dGI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc on pole & carrage of pole at work- site including including filling up the ecavatted earth pit with shifted soil and remaining properly

Comprehensive maintenance (At least three comprehensive maitenance per year)
