Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel flange, heavy duty having wall thickness 12 mm suitable for 150 mm dia GI pipe including necessary rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc, welding exceeding 9 mm but not exceeding 20 mm and securing properly with pipe all as specified and directed.

80 mm bore cast iron air release valve (H type) conforming to IS-14845 with double air outlet valve having flanged ends with SS spindle suitable to mount on GI mains, flanged joints including 10 mm dia nuts, bolts, washers and 3 mm thick rubber gasket including taking out the old unservicable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joint for pipes of 150 mm dia including lead and spun yarn including taking out the old leads complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of roads/floor/plinth/drain for taking out/laying of GI pipe of any type and size including necessary earth work and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of raw water settler tank consisting of 06 compartments of size 14.00x10.00x3.30 metre each by draining/pumping out water, taking out algee scale, dirt and gravel deposited at bottom of tank and disposing the same to a distance not less than 15 metre from top circumference of the tank including removing the sludge/algee and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing throughly with wire brushes and removing moulds, fungus etc. with water mixed with bleaching powder, complete all as specified.

Cleaning of raw water sedimentation tank consisting of 14.00x14.00x3.30 Metre each by draining/pumping out water, taking out algee scale, dirt and gravel deposited at bottom of tank and disposing the same to a distance not less than 15 metre from top circumference of the tank including removing the sludge/algee and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing throughly with wire brushes and removing moulds, fungus etc. with water mixed with bleaching powder, complete all as specified.

Cleaning by emptying the bleaching dosing point duly removing the sludge scrubbing/cleaning the inner surface by scrubbing throughly with wire brushes and removing moulds, fungus etc. with water mixed with bleaching powder for tank size 4.0mx4.60mx 4.0 m, complete all as specified.

Bailing out mud water from clear water sump of size 12m dia and 04 m deptj and of size 12m x6m x 4m by cleaning the inner surface by scrubbing throughly with wire brushes and removing moulds, fungus etc. with water mixed with bleaching powder m, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix in replacement PVC green hose 100mm dia, 2mm thick confirming to relevant IS including clamps, nuts, bolts, and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
