Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and tranporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits or any other sources free from logs, roots, rubbish or any other ingredients likely to deteriorate or effect stability of the embankment including breaking the clods maximum to 60 mm cubes, placing the earth in layers not exceeding 225 mm loose thickness, rough dressing including cost of cutting and removing shrubs & roots in borrow area all complete job as per direction of E/I (Mode of measurement after required compaction) With initial lead of 15M & lift of 1.5M

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade (Loosening of the ground upto a level of 150mm below the subgrade level,watered,graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for subgrade construction).

By mix in Place method ( construcion of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desire density. (Grading II Materials)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required a nd utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete (RCC Grade M20) in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204.
