Loosening of ground up to a level of 500mm (five hundred millimeter) below the sub-grade level, watered graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of Table 300.2 with power road roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for sub-grade construction as per MORTH Technical specification clause Section 300 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size 80mm (eighty millimeter) Type ‘A’ conforming to table 2.3 of IRC- SP-77 -2008 and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty–Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 401 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming crushable screening such as moorum or gravel for Grading-II at the rate of 0.22 (zero point two two) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimeter) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading and in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing motor grader, rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic meter) per ten square meter of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading-III as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness, composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter) premixed with bitumen binder VG-Grade-10 (Ten) at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square metre of road surface, laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher with sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller finished to required level and grades complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 506 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square meter) of road surface heated in hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
