SUB HEAD 1-- DISTRIBUTION WIRING Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 2 no. “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175x100x65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish [only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portion concealed]. -- Average Run -- 8 Mtr. SUB HEAD 6 -- LAYING OF CABLES Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire as per GS. -- [ 2(c)/F-1 ] [ For 4 Core 25 Sq mm. ]

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damagesas per GS. --

From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc. [ 5(i)/F-3 ] [ For 4 Core 35 Sq mm.]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry as per GS.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make) as per GS.

SUB HEAD 7 -- FIXING OF LIGHT FITTINGS Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire as per GS. -- [ 17/C-2 ]

Extra for suspension exceeding 25 cm with S&F additional 2 no. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necy. PVC insulated wire as per GS.-- [ 16/C-2 ]

Supply & Delivery of Twin LED Fitting (18 watt, 230 V AC, 50 Hz, 4000K NW, THD< 10%, built in 2.5 KV SPD) with all accessories and 2 nos. LED Tube, as directed by EIC, Luminious efficacy > 105 & <120 Lumen/watt. The LED luminaves & accessories shall have BEE certification. [ NS ]

SUB HEAD 9 -- FIXING OF FANS Supplying & Fixing MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages as per GS.-- [ 29/D-14 ]

Supply & Fixing Socket type fan regulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw as per GS.-- [ 18/(a)/E-6 ]

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire. [ 21/(a)/C-3 ]

Fixing only cabin fan on wall/ceiling by S&F rag bolts, nuts & washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as reqd. incl. S&F 24/0.20 PVC insulated flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. length. [ 29/C-4 ]

Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible as per GS. --
