Providing and fixing to existing door frames24 mm thick factory made PVC doorshutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wallthickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and railsmitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles ofthe shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm(± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollowsection of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutterstyles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with auPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over allthickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled verticallyand tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod andfastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification anddirection of Engineer-in-charge( For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

ALUMINIUM WORKS

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoidscratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metreor as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/selftapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch inhorizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters andtrusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified bythe manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Supply and installation of ABC Stored pressure type Fire Extinguisher 6 Kgs Capacity Mono Ammonium Phosphate based Dry Chemical Powder as per IS 14609 with ISI Mark for Fighting ABC Class of Fire, stored Pressure type of Mild steel body pressurized by Nitrogen Gas. The Extinguisher shall have pressure gauge for indicating inside pressure with opening and closing lever of squeeze grip type with tamper proof seal, complete with wall bracket. The Extinguisher should be manufactured strictly as per IS: 15683:2006 with ISI mark

AUTHORITY APPROVAL AND SIGNAGES

AUTHORITY APPROVALS AND COORDINATION: Preparation of all drawings, submitting and getting approval from fire department, submitting of completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction, etc. for commissioning of the whole installation in the premises.(All statutory payments will be reimbursed with original receipts.)

SITC of self glowing "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" sign boards of size (150 X 150 mm) in triangular shape fixed on the wall and shall be as per IS code 9457:2005, IS 12349, IS 12407.

Providing and fixing of Floor Identification Signage (MAIN STAIRCASE, FIRE STAIRCASE, FIRE ASSEMBLY POINT, PUMP ROOM, FIRE CONTROL ROOM, ELECTRICAL ROOM, FIRE LIFT, PASSENGER LIFT Etc.) on every floor, lettering size shall be 5 Cm. with contrasting colour from background. Size shall be 15cm x 30cm and shall be as per IS code 9457:2005, IS 12349, IS 1240

Providing and fixing of Floor identification signage (e.g., GROUND FLOOR, FIRST FLOOR, etc.) will be placed at each stair enclosure on every floor, displaying the floor number in words. The letter size will be 5 cm, with a contrasting color to the background. The dimensions of the signage will be 15 cm x 30 cm, and it will comply IS Code 9457:2005, IS 12349, and IS 12407.

Providing and fixing of signage : "IN CASE OF FIRE, USE STAIRS UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE" with red letters, each 1.25 cm in height, on a white background. The board dimensions will be 25 cm x 30 cm and will be mounted at a height of 2 meters from the finished floor, positioned near manual call points. The signage will comply with IS Code 9457:2005, IS 12349, and IS 1240 standards.
