Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of required shade: New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 3.48kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coaats on new work an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Forming groove of uniform size from 12x12mm and up to 25x12mm in plastered surface as per approved pattern using wooden battern, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battern, repairs to the edges of plaster panal and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires; of barbed wire 9.38kg per 100 m (minimum) between the two post fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately) :- payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire.

H.P. stone filling in back of walls including cost of all materials, royality T&P etc. complete. (Based onUK PWD SOR-1-5)
