REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND ALLIED WORKS AT 6 WG, JAFFARPORE, KANCHRAPARA, LOS DUM DUM AND BARASAT UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep/exhaust / pedestal fan/air circulator fan of 300/380mm sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position for painting/overhauling/rewinding etc and fixing the same to its original position after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.1.00 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep/exhaust fan of 400/450mm sweep and -ditto-.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 1.00 above.

Material and labour for painting of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator of 300/380mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Taking down and refixing of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator shall be measured and paid against item no 1.00 above.

Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 2.00 above.

Dismantling of complete ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, capacitor housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete including fixing only old/new spare parts rubber bush of shackle and capacitor housing, capacitor, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Ball bearing capacitor and Gun metal bush shall be measured as supply only and paid separately under respective items and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repairs to ceiling fan (Old model) of size 1200/1400mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, capacitor housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan including fixing only old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and capacitor housing, capacitor, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Necessary lath machine work for Gun metal bush housing replace with ball bearing housing. (ii) Ball bearing capacitor and Gun metal bush shall be measured as supply only and paid separately and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

Supply only rubber bush for shakle with bolt ,nut and lock pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep.

Supply only PVC holder for capacitor housing.

Supply and fix in repair PVC blades of 300 mm sweep for wall / air circulator / stand fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC blades of 350/380 mm sweep for wall/air circulator/stand fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair louvers with shutters suitable for 300/380/450 mm sweep for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan blade (metal body) suitable for 300/380/450 mm sweep for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan blade suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan blade suitable for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light/fan point wiring (surface type) with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FR-LSH copper conductor cable of 1100 volts grade size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) in and including PVC casing capping of suitable size with 1.2mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes in recess to existing wall surface with 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI marked) fixed with chromium plated brass screws and cap washers suitable for housing switches, sockets and regulators with all fittings and fixing materials with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly and including taking down old unserviciable existing point wiring with all fixtures such as switches, sockets etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Supply and fix of switch piano one way 5/6 amps 240 volts, single pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, 3 terminals, fabricated of PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface sub-main wiring comprising single core , 2 runs of 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade drawing in and including 20mm dia PVC conduit and its fittings including provision of 1x4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire including taking down old unserviciable existing sub- main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCBs/DB's shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix 50x6mm thickness MS strip clamp with nut, bolt and washers suitable for fixing of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan metalic body AC single phase 230 V of size 380 mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel tubing of dia 40mm medium grade for hanging of fan with clamp / hook including taking down old unserviciable existing GI tube complete all as specified and directed.
