Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of Manpower of value not less than 50% Rs. 16.60 Lakhs as prime contractor (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies )

Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of min 7 Manpower (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government / Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies )

Provident fund ( PF) Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

ESI department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Service Tax Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Achieved in at least one financial years in last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 annual financial turnover of Rs. 33.20 lakhs. (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)
