Approved brands include Asian Paints Apcolite Premium Emulsion, Nerolac Beauty Gold Washable, or Berger Rangoli Total Care in the required colour to achieve an even shade. The work must be performed according to technical specifications, including thorough surface preparation.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade. Note:Exterior wall painting at all levels shall be executed with acrylic smooth exterior paint from an approved brand and manufacturer. Approved products include Asian Paints Apex Advanced, Nerolac Excel Total, or Berger WeatherCoat Anti Dust in the required shade. The work must comply with technical specifications, including surface preparation and the application of one coat of primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade. Note:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of an approved brand and manufacturer shall be executed using Asian Apcolite Premium Gloss Enamel, Nerolac Premium Enamel, or Berger Luxol Hi-Gloss Enamel. The application shall be in the required colour to achieve an even shade as per technical specifications, including thorough surface preparation and the application of one coat of primer

"Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exteriorside, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre tocentre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in thescaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable conditionfor the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffoldingsystem shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the buildingetc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essentialsafety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of durationof scaffolding.
