All vendors, Dear Sir, SUBJECT: E-tender for Supplying & laying Hydraulic Mould (Steel mould) Paver blocks at ROs of Surat Retail Territory It is proposed to float the e-tender for the Supplying & laying Hydraulic Mould (Steel mould) Paver blocks at ROs of Surat Retail Territory . Necessary approvals from various appropriate authorities are being obtained and work can be commenced immediately after issuing LOI as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. In order to execute the above job on a priority basis, we are inviting competitive quotations from you for service items to be executed. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for the minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. However, as per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals, the job will be executed. The job also includes dismantling/removing existing facilities and shifting the same at the directed place as per Corporation’s convenience. The rates should be quoted in the price bid only in –procurement site of BPCL. The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company engineer / Manager as overall in charge, to facilitate further. However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third-party agency for supervision of the execution. It is to be noted that the conditional tender will not be accepted and the Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor. Successful vendor shall prepare and submit a detailed bar chart for completion of the job within the stipulated time in consultation with the PMC/BPCL Engineer in-charge. The vendor shall intimate the name and contact No. of the site supervisor in writing before the commencement of the job. We are enclosing general terms & conditions also for your reference. Your quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the materials /Labor /Equipment/ Transportation/arranging water /power/ royalty payments/ if any/ carrying out of lab tests etc. to the complete satisfaction of BPCL. The quoted price should be inclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18% in this case of WCT) will be paid separately.
