REPAIR/RESURFACING TO INTERNAL ROADS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

M & L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud of water scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 sqm with bitumen of viscosity grade 10/30, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings using 6.3 mm size and again well rammed complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and apply a tack coat with paving bitumen of viscosity grade-10 @ 5 kg per 10 square meter complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for OGPC using waste plastic technology, 40mm thick (compacted thickness) open graded premix carpeting using bituminous binder mixing with processed waste plastic (as per IRC 98-2013) and laying and rolling of 40mm thick (compacted thickness) open graded premixed carpet composed of 13.2mm crushed and graded stone aggregate of nominal size @ 0.36Cum per 10Sqm and 11.2mm crushed and graded stone aggregate of nominal size @ 0.18Cum per 10Sqm using bituminous binder @ 26.86 Kg of binder (paving bitumen grade VG-10/30) i.e; 92% bitumen ) with 2.34 Kg shreded plastic(8% waste processed plastic by weight shall be used for coating aggregate after heating) laid with mechancal paver and rolled and compacted with 8-10 ton capacity power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.(Defect liability period is twenty four calender months according to amendment No. 48 of IAFW-2249, General condition of contracts, forming part of contarct aggrement. During Defect Liability period repairs in all respect including patches/pot holes shall be repaired by contractor without any extra cost. Unit rate are deemed to inclusive on these accounts.

M & L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum. of stone dust mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen grade VG-10/30, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for M-35 cement concrete grade, 60mm thick glazed Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 over 50mm thick sand cushioning over PCC bed complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/path/hard standing and finished the surface fair and even including necessary demolition of existing PCC complete in all respect as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 2mm thick Thermoplastic road marking material/Hot making paint (minimum qty of material @ 2.02 gm per Cucm) of specified shade/colour using hot process by fully automatic thermplastic materials applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads (minimum qty of mglass beads @ 30% of main material's by weight) to be embedding and anchoring at a depth of 50-60% and should be pressure type system, having tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, cleaning the road surface of all dirts, seals, oil grease, grass and foreign materials etc., complete in all respect as specified and directed. Road marking material should comply with BS 3262:Part 1:1989,AASHTO M-249,MORTH ( Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, India ) Clause 803.4.2 1, JIS K 5655 of Make: IRA road marks, Asian paints (Apcomark), Automark Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., Metalite (Hibrite) (Note:- The work shall be executed by manufactures authorised applicator only)

S & F in repair solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminum alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mmx 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar - cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours. Material and labour for preparation of decorated/undecorated surface of walls with wall care putty and applying two coats of weather coat over two coats of home shield paint of make Berger or equivalent as per manufacture's instructions including rubbing etc. and complete removal of existing paint complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down of Declineator, vertical light reflector or of similar type from groumd fixed with cement concrete and supply and fix all directional retro-reflective round delineator short made out of 18 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47mm and of length 600mm. Delineator powder coated. Delineator to have 200mm wide reflective band of colour white and red. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage. in ground with cement concrete using (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) of size 300X300X300mm including necessary form work, demolition of existing PCC, post holes excavation etc. of any nature of soil complete in all respect as specified and directed. NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work.
