Confocal Raman Spectrometer with photoluminescence measurement system including Comprehensive warranty for 24 months from installation for all items, including the third-party items in the system and the lasers. (Specifications - as per Annexure I of the tender document)

Additional Warranty Additional 3-year comprehensive warranty for all items, including the third-party items in the system except the lasers.
AMC i. 3 years of AMC after 2 years’ comprehensive warranty period from the date of installation and commissioning. ii. AMC includes one preventive visit every 6 months and before the visit, the vendor will provide details of what is included in the preventive maintenance. iii. In cases of emergency/technical complaint the vendor shall deploy technician to provide remote support within 24 hours and if not resolved, technician should visit within 7 days of receiving the complaint from the concerned authority/ department. iv. If any major breakdown in the system occurs, which needs to be repaired at the service centre, the vendor will be responsible for returning the repaired instrument back as soon as possible. v. AMC includes round clock technical support. vi. All the expenses/logistics of travel, boarding, and lodging of the representatives should be borne by the vendor.
Appropriate UPS for the entire system for uninterrupted power supply up to 2 hours.
