Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all lead and lifts in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock chiseling/wedging out of rock) where blasting is prohibited saturated soil including bailing/pumping out of water stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Arches upto foor two level in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankngs so as to give a rough fiish including centring, shuttering,struutting below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concree and plain concrete workin:-

Arches beyond 6.00 mtr span

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches of various dia galvanized mild steel tube confirming to IS: 1239-Part-II with up to date amendments including tube fitting such as bends, tees, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve of Leader / Kirloskar/Kartar make of various dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-1 upto 300mm dia i/c brass spindle and as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia> 300mm) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately).

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100mm top dia, 160mm bottom dia and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1cement: 2saand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5;10 mix (1cement:5sand: 10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete.600x600x750mm inside size with 150mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work and reinforcement with 6mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centers both ways.

Supplying and fixing of manhole cover (size 680x680) with MS sheet 2.00mm thick with hinges on MS angle iron frame 35x35x3mm supporting with 40x5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx150mm including cost of welding charges, carriage fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
