S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as applicable to item 08095 given in SSR Part – II (2010).

Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, applied @1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 ml/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
