Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer?in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in?charge.35 mm thick shutterswithin all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing 250x10 mm ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 125 mm oxidised M.S. handles conforming IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever reqiured 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. two coats within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing Pre -laminated medium density fibre board exterior grade (Grade-I) IS:14587:1998 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete ( Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) Pre-laminated with decorative lamination on both side exterior Grade - I MDF Board 18 mm thick confirming to IS:14587 within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) Size of Tile 600x600 mm within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm dia brass curtain rods of wall thickness 1.25 mm with two brass brackets fixed with brass screws and wooden plugs etc. wherever necessary complete within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : 4 mm thick glass pane (weight not less than 10 kg per sqm) within all leads & lifts & as per entire satisfactions & directions of Engineer - in- charge.
