Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire(Brand approved by EIC) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI switch board complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar with top cover plate making earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [1(a)/F-2]

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts.above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of following lengths and 2 nos. of aluminium coats of paint over 1 coat of RO priming with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

S&F 50 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.

S&F 50 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. double arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. (a) 25 mm dia [F-6 / 11(a)]

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts.long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip(4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts [ 2(d)/G-1]

Supply & Fixing of 240V, 200 W LED Street light luminarie complete with all accessories and equipped with IP66 Protection (Crompton Cat no.CFS-511-200-57-60D-HL2-LM-NSG or equivalent model of Havells/Bajaj/ Philips /wipro /other equivalent make as approved by E.I.C) on existing MS Pipe/Mini Pole as per direction of E.I.C

Supply& Delivery of 240V 9 W or higher LED lamp with CCT (5000- 6500) & Luminious efficacy ≥105 & <120Lumen/ Watt or better.The LED luminaires and accessories shall have BEE Certification.

Supply& Delivery of 10 watt LED Bulk Head or higher with CCT (5000 6500) & Luminious efficacy >105 & <120Lumen/Watt or better The LED luminaires and accessories shall have BEE Certification.
