First class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.No.307)

12 mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:3 brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.583)

Cement concrete with 2 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(S.I.no.279(i))

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.(S.I.no.504)
