Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment , including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L Endura ceramic tiles (Ist quailty) of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey or coloured cement and pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L 80mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L for fine sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate provided in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

All as item No 10 but except bricks complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge.

All as item No 12 but except bricks complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge.

M & L Continuous brick edging using old size bricks (sub class ‘B’) with width equal to the length of brick laid dry on end vertically complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge.

Racking out Joints/Pointing to brick work in walls or to brick on edges in floors channels roofs etc complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L for Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of drain, complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Dismantling of RCC Post any section, embadded in natural ground including taking out embadded portion in natural ground complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

As per item No 19 above but embadded in concrete, brick masonary complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic metre in any type of soil ,getting out, returning filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a dsitance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Material and labour PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

S&F post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire flat iron fillet ( for securing wire mesh) in including all necessary drilling bolting and rivetting conforming to Fe-290 Gd-165 complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

S&F mild steel screw bolt ( maching made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washer n.exc 5 cm long dia bolt 5 to 10mm complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Dismantling of steel barbed wire of any thickness and in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with barb at 75 mm spacing c/c and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with provison of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge . ( Net length of wire shall be measured and paid).

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface of steel and iron surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of surface complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping as in straightening bars for chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L 15mm thick rendering on external wall of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

M&L two coats of cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .
