RequiredThe manufacturers should have the performance test certificates (Evaluation of Portable Multiparameter Water Quality Analyzer) from BIS/CSIR/DRDO/IIT.

RequiredThe manufacturers/Authorized dealers shall indicate pending disputes/litigations, if any, with Government /Semi Govt./PSU.

RequiredProof of bidder as manufacturer/supplier of similar type of Water Quality Analyzers/ Sensors, ready to use chemical reagents for water analysis of 15 parameters and have supplied and commissioned similar water quality analyzers in India during the last 5 years.

RequiredManufacturer should have an NABL Accredited Laboratory with the scope of document reflecting the methods for maximum chemical parameters compatible with NABL Accreditation/ Recognition and shall be mentioned in the technical specification

RequiredThe manufacturers/Authorized Dealers should have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 3.00 crore for all manufactured and supplied items for last 3 consecutive years i.e. FY 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23. Copies of last 3-years balance sheet to be attached

RequiredThe firm after Empanelment should have minimum 2 service engineers based out at Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Nellore and Kadapa or Should give an undertaking to setup a service center for the duration of Defect Liability Period/Warranty period.

RequiredThe manufacturers/Authorized dealers should have GSTIN anywhere in India.

RequiredThe manufacturer should possess ISO 9001 QMS certification for quality management. The portable multiparameter water quality analyzer should have the capability of testing 15 water quality parameters as per EOI to share the water quality data directly, without any need for manual entry in the WQMIS web portal with cyber security of ISO 27001 ISMS for Information Security Management System.

RequiredSelf declaration stating that the bidder i.e manufacturers/Authorized dealers havenot been blacklisted by any Government /Semi Govt. /PSU in India.

RequiredProof that the OEM/Manufacturer has sold more than 100 Nos Multiparameter Water Quality Analyzers per year on an average in the last 3 years. The details shall be furnished in Appendix 1.

RequiredProof that technology for Multi parameter Water Analyzer has been approved by the Technical committee constituted by the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, Ministry of Jal Shakthi, New Delhi

RequiredThe manufacturers/Authorized Dealers should submit self-attested documents, Inspections reports and Invoice copies for the supplied quantity along with feedback of customers. If the documents submitted by the manufacturer are found false, the manufacturers/Authorized Dealers will be disqualified without any prior notice.

RequiredSelf declaration stating that the bidder i.e manufacturers/Authorized Dealer shall support the In-house Laboratories at WTPs/Division/Subdivision Laboratories for NABL accreditation/recognition
