Repair and Maintenance work at AAM Bhoura

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work involving all classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft or hard rocks including chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of intermediate soil, dewatering and removal of slush if arrisen during course of construction and lifts upto all heights including stacking the excavated soil not more than three meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) thick layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavation earth within all leads,lifts by any mode of transportation and other incidental, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Any loss to the private and public property during course of construction shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. Rate inclusive royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in super structure upto all floor lavels as per PWD specification drawing and design and curing complete including curing complete scaffolding. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Second class half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in super structure up to all floor level as per PWD specification, drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for exterior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth, with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) complete including curing as per PWD specification including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Finishing wall with Apex weather proof exterior emulsion of Asian paint/ Nerolak Suraksha paint/ Berger paint/Dulux paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (Two or more coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose powdered material including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specificatins, approved drawing as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works. and the like. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel surfaces with Dulux Multi Surface paint of required shade applied at the rate of 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero decimal seven five litre per ten square metre) including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters and sand papering and knotting as per PWD specification including cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.
