Attested letters from the concerned department/institutions for having provided employees on outsource basis i.e., number of employees, nature of works, name and telephone number of the organization.

Furnish attested letter for having provided a minimum of 250employees belonging to group I, II, III, IV, House Keeping& Security Staffs to any Department/Organization on outsource basis from the concern department/institutions.

The certified copies of Income Tax returns for the last 2 years i.e.Financialyear 2022-23 and 2023-24.

Certified copy of the turnover letter, audited by the Chartered Accountant, a turnover showing more than Rs. 1500.00 lakhs or more, for the financial year 2022-23 and 2023-24.

Provident Fund Registration letter from the competent Authority.

Employees State Insurance Registration letter from the competent Authority.

Registration No. and letter issued by the Labour Department towards supply of manpower i.e., in the cadre of Officers, Clerical staff, group D, House Keeping employees and Security Staffs on outsource basis

Particulars of EPF and ESI pertaining to employees engaged on outsource basis in any government department/private organizations i.e., payment of EPF Annual Contribution in ECR copy (duly attested) as per para No. 38(3) of Employees Provident Fund Scheme 1952 and statement of ESI Annual Contribution paid during last year (duly attested).

GST Registration certificate, duly attested by the competent authority and also enclose the PAN card.

Payment of GST returns for the year of 2022-23and 2023-24 (Financial year) returns, duly attested by the concerned department.
