Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete.

All as per Srl item No 02 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

Supply and fixing in LED light fitting mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

S & F in Ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, two to three terminals.

Dismantling of existing MCB box, MCBs, rectangular box, service bracket from surface for replacement with new one.

S & F in replacement Sheet metal enclosure for DB's Single door, single pole and neutral, 240V, 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar including blanking plates where required. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240 V 10 KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN 40 to 63 Amp in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240 V 10 KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SP 5 to 32 Amp in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

PVC rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 200x150x50 mm deep

M&L for House Service bracket (hook type) complete with 3.0 m long G.I pipe 40 mm dia (medium grade), two numbers 90° bends, M.S hook and stay including taking down the existing unserviceable bracket. NOTE :- The unit rate shall to include for :- (a) Cutting holes in walls etc. of any description, grouting rag bolts and making good with cement mortar 1:3 including making good finishing to match the existing work and removing rubbish off the premises as directed (in case of bracket being fixed to masonry wall). (b) G.I pipe house service bracket hook type fabricated out of 3.0m long screwed G.I pipe of medium grade and comprising of two number 90° bend (pipe dia) screwed tight to the top ends of the service vertical limb, the two ends of the service provided with two number of turned spit tight fit, well seasoned teak wood bushing and the bracket fixed plumb vertical against the wall with two number flat iron clamps (fabricated out of 50 x 6mm flat iron with 4 No. 16 mm dia ragged bolts of appropriate size with screwed ends, tightened with 16 mm dia nuts with 6 mm thick washer against the clamp tightening collar.

Dismantling of existing service cable and submain wiring including casing caping from existing surface for replacement

S & F Sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade and 6 Sqmm as continous earthing drawing and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all acessories, complete all as specified.

Dismentling of existing earthing and replacemet of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3 conected to earth test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty 16 sqmm 2 core flat cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm suspension complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty 10 sqmm 2 core flat cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm suspension complete all as specified.

S&F in LED light fitting 1x9W/1x10W bulkhead luminaries including LED light driver holder connecting up three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning ,Before laying the cable, the trench shall be provided with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and the cable has been properly straightened, it shall be covered with sand to a depth of 15 cm , then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable and punning shall be done by hand all as specified and as directed.

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, conforming to class LV, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Taking up or down u/s steel tubing and connections for removal to store 40/50 mm or above

Supply and Fix GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid intrenches/under road crossing etc. all as specified and as directed of following sizes.

M& L in replacement of boring of holes under road pavment/hard standing by manual boring including making good to the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old U/S UG cable of any size.

Notes: (a) Excavation earth work and sand cushioning brick protectionand connected work etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply & Fixing in replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 200 A, rupture capacity with adjustable terminal & adjustable magneting setting , 36 KA, 50 Hz, AC in sheet metal enclosure including connecting up incoming / out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Isolator, Triple pole and neutral, 32 to 63 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Isolator, single pole, 32 to 40 Amp, 240V, 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of engine block/housing complete from engine assembly including removal of cylinder head, FIP, radiator pipes, Exhaust pipe, alternator, self starter etc for replacement of DG Set capacity 62.5 KVA. Make - Kirloskar

Replacement of engine block/housing complete including replacement of Crank shaft, connecting rod, piston, piston sleeve, oil seal, CR Bush, Began bearing, Piston ring, Head gasket, gen set etc , Cylinder head including valves and assembling complete piston head, FIP, radiator pipes, exhaust pipe, alternator, self starter etc to make the DG Set functional. NOTE : Cost factor of labours for complete replacement & fixing of parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. However cost of engine block/housing included in this rate and other worn out & unserviceable parts to be replaced will be measured and paid saparately as supply only. DG Set shall be tested after complete assembly for full load for atleast 12 Hr. Payment shall be made after satisfactorily testing. Make of spare parts same as of DG Set or as per sample .
