Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (Twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-In-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code up to floor all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C.slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg. (Two point seven five Kilogramme) of cement per sqqare metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing throating or plaster drip and moulding to R.C.C. chajja within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln with rat trap bound in super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement morter 1:3 (one cement: three sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor upto floor all level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.

Providing and fixing standard steel section of M.S. angle and flat iron door, window,clerestory window frames manufactured from M.S. angle iron section of 40x40x5mm (forty into forty into five millimetre) and 50x5mm (Fifty into five millimetre) thickness MS flat in combination welded together to make one frame including hinges jambs, lock jambs beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50x25mm (fifty into twenty five millimetre) welded or rigidly fixed by machanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jambs including steel butt hinges 2.5mm (two point five millimetre) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing steel wire gauge shutter in Z-section using galvanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge desination 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clearstory windows including metal beading of approved quality and shape section with necessary steel screws and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of the surface as per approved specification/ design as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp Type-1 of 16mm (sixteen millimetre) diametre bard bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
