Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) ( Item No 15.2.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and laying 1.5 mm thick self-adhesive HDPE membrane of approved brand on horizontal and vertical RCC surfaces including raft, basement, retaining walls, lift pits etc., fully bonded to concrete as per manufacturer’s specifications. The membrane shall consist of HDPE carrier film with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) layer and dirt-resistant coating. The membrane shall satisfy Tensile strength: ≥ 20 MPa (ASTM D412),Elongation: ≥ 500% (ASTM D412),Puncture resistance: ≥ 1000 N (ASTM E154),Peel strength: ≥ 1000 N/m (ASTM D903)Side & end laps not less than 75 mm and sealed with manufacturer-approved double sided adhesive tape. Vertical surfaces to be fixed with prefixed gaskets / mechanical fasteners. The rate shall include supply of membrane, primer (if required), tapes, gaskets/fasteners, all detailing, surface preparation, labour, T&P, wastage and complete installation as per manufacturer’s instructions and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

Providing and laying RCC flooring of mix M-20 cement concrete and hardening compound mixed @ 1 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications.The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc. And longitudinal joints(6 mmx25 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Analysed item)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Hard drawn steel wire fabric (Item no.5.22.5 of DSR 2023)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.(Item no:15.60 of DSR 2023)

Painting standard stack plan inside the godown with approved superior quality marking paint after marking the size and painting Two coat paint measuring 100 mm wide around the periphery of stack etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Analysed as per item no.16.47.1)

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.(item no 16.19 of DSR 2023).

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m(minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. Staples etc.. complete (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).
