Material and labour for cleaning of RCC equilisation tank of approx size 5.5 m x 8.0 m x 5.5 m of STP by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom and removing the complete silt/sludge/dirt from the tank and dispositing away exc 1.5 KM and n.exc 5.0 KM from site as directed, scrapping the tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank inner walls and bottom by applying anti-bacterial spraycompletely including applying one coat of white wash to entire tank externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) The rate deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required for disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site. (b) The cleaning of tank shall be performed once in two months month as per manufacturers recommendations.

Removing old filter media complete of size 1/8 to 1/16, 1/16 to 1/32 inch sizes complete in layers of sludge drying beds of size 4 x 2.50 x 1.4 m, scraping the internal surfaces of sludge drying beds with wire brush,and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry, cleaning with fresh water including applying one coat of white wash on external surface of sludge drying bed and re-filling up with new filter media in layers all as per manufacturers recommendations / existing including testing and commissioning etc., complete all as directed. Note: New filter media will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ

M&L for maintenance of diesel Engine connected with DG Set 62.5 KVA for 'B' check as per recomendation of manufacturers instructions including replacement of filters, accessories like fuel filter with ring, Air filter and ring , super bypass filter element , 'O' Ring seal, Oil filter and engine Oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite, 65 %-70 % in granular form for water treatment. Complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Sree Rayalseema solution or its equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified.

Material and labour for maintaining of potable /fresh water to achieve chlorination level by keeping concentrated efforts as per standard water quality specifications of maintaining PPM, PH, TDS levels, by checking time to time with standard testing equipments/lab test items if any daily before pumping of water to users from sump/OHTs to building OH tanks through raising mains etc. by adding chlorination granuals, chlorine gas etc. as required for disinfection of water as per standard at site as under :-

(a) ppm at sump level to pumping water to building OH tank - 2ppm, (b) pH value - 6.5 to 8.5, TDS- 300ppm (c) Ensuring water is to be free from E.coli and thermotolerant coliform bacteria and it shall not be detectable in any 100ml of sample water.

Notes :- The item rate is inclusive of following :-

(a) The contrator or his rep is responsible for maintaining quality of drinking water as specified above and to adopt latest standard of water treatment for providing specified potable water. (b) Contractor or his rep has to attend daily at all pump houses once in a day to check all the water parameters and sign in the register being maintained with pump house staff. (c) Register should be maintained daily and daily record of the same should be endorsed from users/MES rep at pump house, concerned Engineer-in-Charge as well as concerned medical team of respective unit daily. (d) Lab test shall be carried out once in a month from locally available Govt approved lab for (i) PPM, (ii) TDS, (iii) pH value and E-Coil or thermotolerent Coliform bacteria. test report be rendered and a record of the same to be submitted to department once in a month or whenever required or directed by the users and department depend upon the situation/quality of water.

(e) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of adding required chemicals like soda ash etc., to maintain pH value and TDS as and when required.

(f) Required quantity of chlorine gas/ chlorine granuals/ bleaching powder required to be used at pump houses regularly and superchlorination to be done and the same shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule. The amount/quantity of mixing chemicals, gas etc.,would be vary as per the quality of receiving water from time to time to bring the required ppm once checked before pumping the water from sump to OHT of user building. The necessary mixing up of granuals/bleaching powder for maintaining standard water and for superchlorination the existing staff/ manpower at pump houses shall be utilized if necessary.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside UG sump reservoir through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC GS, TERBAC-G-65 AND ULTRA VOILET RAY Complete all as specified and as directed for following capacity of tanks. Make : Rays cleantech or equivalent Steps for seven stages are as under First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation insixe the tank by using TERBAC G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner.

Sixth stage is the second bacteriod screening and sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria.
