Hauling up of Vessel 17 ton at Thenmala reservoir at a place directed by the TEPS and keeping the vessel at height of 75 cm above the ground level for inspection and launching the vessel after repair

Pressure washing and cleaning the hull outer surface area with high pressure water jet , hand scraping and degreasing for inspection as directed by the TEPS

Supply and replace damaged deck plywood with a new 16 mm marine plywood conforming to IS:710 by demolishing existing damaged portions of the plywood without further damaging any other components in the vessel as per the direction and satisfaction of the engineer in charge of the work / departmental officers. Supply, fabricate new stainless steel ss 316 grade 0.25 inch pipe grill door of size 0.8 mtr x0.7 mtr with providing 2 nos of intermediate pipes fix it in the existing handrails by using suitable hanging and proper looking arrangements at the aft of the visual by the as per the direction of department umayar

Removing the port side loosened/shaken bollard and the damaged surrounding dick plywood, refining the boallard by using suitable fittings/ arrangements all work to be complete as per the direction and satisfaction of the department officer Shendurney

Demolishing the existing damaged support portion in the vessel where the OBM bracket clamped, fabricate new support by using new anjili wooden beams of existing size and fixing it properly by using fasteners and additionally provide support of MS angle with suitable fastners (ISA 60*60*5 mm), all the works to be complete as per the direction and satisfaction of the department officers. Remove the two doors from the vessel including the hinges and its supports fixed in the vessel, fabricate a new door hinges support by using Stainless steel metal in a C shape of total length 60 cm with 15 cm width, then it fix in the vessel body by using suitable fasteners and fix the door properly in the supports as per the direction and satisfaction of the department officers. Clean and Fiber the damaged portion of the hull / any other portion of the vessel by good quality fiber materials in two layers after proper surface preparation, finish and colour as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge of the work /departmental officers.

Existing FRP surface must be abraded with atleast 100 grit sand paper so that the topcoat/gelcoat will adhere. All surfaces should be clean & dust free wipe with solvent and allow to dry . apply top coat /gelcoat with required colour pigment complete the works as per the direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge of the work/ dept officials

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls (@ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 som
