Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

Supply and spread dry clean river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as directed and specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrets cable cover class LV Type 2 flat size 300x180x40 MM

Taking out old underground cable of any size and any core all as speciifed and as directed. Note : good conditioned bricks , PCC covers will be kept aside and duly stacked for reuse and will be measured under respective item of schedule.

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for providing pole coping rounded or chamfered on edges , as foundation / platform for panel boards complete incl.necessary form work finished fair all as specified and directed

Supply, Spread & levelling 40mm graded stone aggregate inside the outdoor substation yard all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC cable loop box, size not less than 145mm x 145mm x 95mm, out door type, duly fitted to poles with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts & washers including one No of 6 Amps single pole MCB, porcelain insulated connectors for incoming and outgoing cables including taking out unserviceable PVC box all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Sub main wiring with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 2X2.5sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 V with 1X2.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated green multistranded copper cable for continuous earth drawn through & including PVC Conduit of appropriate size with all fittings viz tees, bend, junction box and making good to disturbed surface of wall with cement mortar including connection of cable with MCBs shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimble of pin/u type etc

Supply and fixing of 60W LED Floodlight Luminaire with high pressure die cast housing and IP65 Protection all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat No BJFL 60W LED I or equivalent make in Phlips/Wipro

Supply and fixing of 100W LED Floodlight Luminaire with high pressure die cast housing and IP65 Protection all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat No BJFL 100W LED I or equivalent make in Phlips/Wipro

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20cm size all as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point wiring (light, fan, sockets or power ) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, sockets,light fittings etc., and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc Complete all as directed.

Mild steels bolts not exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and ones directed.

Supply and fixing for chain link fencing made of 4 mm dia of galvanised steel wire 40 mm X 40 mm mesh made up into mattresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 10 mm dia mild steel bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, making hooks at ends, woven in chain link and fixed with net, bolts complete all as specified & directed.
