M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer 11/0.433 KV outdoor/indoor/pole mounting of capacity 50 to 400 KVA by cleaning removing the old paint including scratching with wire brush etc. After disconnected HT/LT side connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of grey colour to outer body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT and SM/MES Nos and making all HT/LT electric connectiones complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The compressor, spary machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arrange by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Supply and filling up silica gel in breather of diffrent capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achive required di-electric strengh of the oil up to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arrange by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer Oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secoundary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Megger the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate guage/winding wire/strip winding of existing, description for transformer of capacity 50 to 150 KVA/including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Winding of coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. 2. Transportation chagres are inclusive in the quoted rates. 3. The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately. 4. The cost of insulation material such as paper,cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are inclusive in the coated rates.

Supply only copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down transformer of any capacity, including winding of coils (HT) as per the manufactures design & specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out including sprinkling anti vegitation chemical for complete area with spray machine complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down plaster from wall including raking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as spd and directed

S&F 2nd class softwood clean sawn boards or planks 40 mm thick, width not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing in replacement of cross arms (any type) supports, bracings, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron , flat iron, GI sheet of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil but not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for foundation of poles/ stays/cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 31 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified .

Supply and laying of factory made un reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover class, HVP, type - 1 with size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e width of cover along the length of cable) for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Taking out old defective Under Ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per set item No. 37 here-in-before but for cable size of 95 Sqmm 3 core.

Laying only old bricks/cable protection cover obtained from Item No. 37 & 38 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, in replacement, of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec) cores laid up, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench alongwith pole etc including making connection. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, jointing and testing of outdoor type cable end termination joint, heat shrinkable) suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Denson / Raychem / M-seal

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 80 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint in replacement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Relaying the serviceable part of cable taking out under above mention items no 37 to 38 after repairing defects etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover, joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and fixing/laying of galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts, washers and GI strip shall be protected with 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR -2009 and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per srl item no 51 above but with GI earth lead wire of 4mm dia as earth conductor and protected with GI pipe of light grade 20 mm dia for earthing of poles and lightening arrester incl connection with the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT PCC/steel tubular pole of any size and discription incl coping, foundation etc and shifting to E/M yard or any other location complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole, 11.0 meter long, confirming to IS-2713 Part-II, type-410 SP-55, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300mmx300mm, finial tapper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc, pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing and embed in PCC 1:3:6 typr C-1 and in foundation PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 including of holes of rewquired No's and size of fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coat of bitiminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block, each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8.00 cm height complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour in replacement, for HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps with manufacturers test certificate suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps,nuts, bolts ,washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT steel tubular pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT two pole structure complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT four pole structure complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, cross arms and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air break gang operated triple pole mechnically operated mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for current rating 200 Amps suitable for 11000 volt , 50 HZ supply incl 12 insulator and drop out fuse carrier element complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round/square and flate inculading nuts, bolts, washers and welding in to halves made to shape to suit the cross sections of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for road cutting not exc 0.45 meter wide and not exc 1.0 meter deep, including excavation, returning filling in for laying of UG cable and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Maintinance and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB of existing make/ type/mode/capacityl including diassembling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main busbar, decarbonizing all joints busbar CTS, PTS, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode and calibration & checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented inservice by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised agency of state electricity board including submission of calibration certificate complete all as specified and directed. Labour & transportation for shifting of 11/0.433 KV transformer from one location to another location with in cantt area and making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Safe transportation of transformer for shifting is responsibility of the contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the indoor type current transformer HT 11 KV ratio 100/50/5+5 of input VA-15 type KCT-02 conforming to IS-2705 Part-I of 1981, 50 HZ, HSV-12 KV accuracy limit factor ACP-10 insulation level class-1, 28/75 short time terminal current and hrs duration 13.1 KA for 3 second suitable for VCB of existing capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the indoor type current transformer HT 11 KV ratio 50/25/5+5 of input VA-15 type KCT-02 conforming to IS-2705 Part-I of 1981, 50 HZ, HSV-12 KV accuracy limit factor ACP-10 insulation level class-1, 28/75 short time terminal current and hrs duration 13.1 KA for 3 second suitable for VCB of existing capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fire retardent rubber mat of 1 Mtr x2 Mtr x19 mm having insulation capacity of 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of HT high voltage insulation mat made of elastomeric polymers material having a high insulation registance thus imparting total safety to human being from any leakage current having high insulation registance of class A of size 2.5 mm thick and 1 m width suitale for 11 KV confirming to IS-15652 : 2006 including pasting of mat with SR-998 by adding thinner as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of old model non directional IDMT earth fault and over current Electro Mech relay, three phase type with, Aux supply 20 to 110V AC/DC with 2 NO+2NC contact and supply and fixing in replacement of electronic relays suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed. Make-L&T /Crompton or Equivalent in Areva or Andrew yule Note: Necessary addition, alteration for fixing of relay including all extra items required to fix relay is included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of cable route markers made of galvanized iron with embossing of HT cable or LT cable, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long for HT/LT cable route marking duly embedded in and including PCC 1:3:6 foundaion up to 30 cm including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of 2/4 pole structure by disconnecting all incoming and out going over head line conductor jumper joint and UG cable end terminal joint from GOD etc and rewinding/renewal of all joint with fresh joint including treatment of GOD contacts and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators and Restringing/Restretching ACSR conductor of any size on HT poles including binding with 2mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Cost of binding wire shall be included in the rate.

Unbinding and Restringing/Restretching of GI earth wire 04mm dia on HT poles and including wire with 1.63mm dia GI binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Cost of binding wire shall be included in the rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing HT poles or new poles with 02mm dia aluminium binding wire complet all as specified and directed. Make of ACSR : ICC/ NICCO/ BHARAT CONDUCTORS.

Supplying, drawing and fixing in replacement of contineous GI earth wire/gaurd/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on HT poles including taking down old rusted GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disc type insulator, poprcelain, vitreous in single disc assy for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts of size 145 mm gigh and 255 mm dia ball complete all as specified and directed.

S&F insulators pin type porcelain viterous white brown or green including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washer & one GI nut, 150 mm height,150 mm dia for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly (in replacement) consisting of galvanised stay wire 7/10 SWG stay bow of 14 mm dia, stay rod 16 mm dia 180 cm long with loop insulators stay plate 230 x 230 mm x 6 mm with PCC foundation 1:3:6, type C-2 complete with stay clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed including the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for stay foundation in any type of soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point. (b) PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in embedding blocks.

Supply and Fix HT insulation tapes ISI Marked width 3/4 inch and 9M long for terminating high voltage cables for insulation sealing of connection of wire and cable for bus bar insulation, transformer terminal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches up to 1.5 mtr distance on both sides of HT over head line and hanging over HT over head line including collection and depositing the retrieved timber at a place complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Distance between two poles consider as one span. 2. The contractor must ensure that there must be no damege to HT conductor/pole because of falling of tree branches. If any damage occure due to this, the repair will be done by the contractor at his own and no extra payment will be paid to contractor in this effect.

Dehydration, centrifusing & filtration of transformer oil of 5 MVA 33/11 KV transformer by mobile centrifusing & dehydation machine minimum capacity 1000 Ltrs/hours till the desired value of inslation of transformer oil electric strength as 52 to 60 KV at a gap 2.5 mm is obtained for approx 4000 Ltrs oil in the each transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration, centrifusing & filtration of transformer oil of 63 KVA, 33/0.433 KV transformer by mobile centrifusing & dehydation machine till the desired value of inslation of transformer oil electric strength as 52 to 60 KV at a gap 2.5 mm is obtained for approx 200 Ltrs oil in the each transformer complete all as specified and directed.
