Removing the existing tretment from the roof, Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm, M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate , rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, provn of APP polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3 Kg / Sq.M incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bitumenous Primer @ 100 gms / Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 @ 1.2 Kg / Sq.M each at top and bottom of the membrane followed by a coat of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.50 lit / sqm complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10cm overlap and on vertical surface the membrane shall be inserted in grooves and packed in CM (1:3) all as per manufacturers instructions on non accessible roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar.

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

All as per description of item No. 05 but except pipe

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Rendering in 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete. (Note :-WPC will be measured and paid separately over 5 mm thick only)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer over a layer of anti fungal wall care putty upto three storey building (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )recommended by the manufacturer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed . Make : Apex from Asian Paints / All Guard from Berger / Weather Shield Max Exterior Acrylic from ICI Dulux Putty-JK or its equivalent

M&L preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls.

M&L for 300x200x 7mm coloured ceramic tiles(Ist quality) as in vertical surface set& jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the tiles all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 Ltrs.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor tiles

M&L chequered designed cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300 mmx20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from PVC/RCC tanks of capacity from 500 Ltrs to1000 Ltrs., and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Removing existing CI floor/Nahani traps including conecting pipe to main verticle CI pipes and supply& fixing the same with new material and provinding necessary cement joints and making good the surface

M & L for repairing of RCC chhajja, roof projection, facies, rcc parapet wall and exposed reinforcement portion area thickness of RCC n.exc 75mm applying one coat of cement slurry reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc. 2kg per Sqm but n.exc 3kg per Sqm & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3. Applying 2 coats of cement paint on finished surface complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of sunken floor Treatment by injecting/ grouting cement slurry mixed with Conbextra EP 10 (Epoxy resin injection grout) of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved chemical in to sunken slabs of toilet by drilling holes at an interval not more than 50 cm c/c to a depth of 60 mm and 20 mm diameter and grouting the slurry by mechanical means with required pressure complete all as per technical specifications and as required at site up to 7th Storey as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as required and as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of sunken floor and applying a coat of Nito Bond EP of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved water proofing coating as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as required and as directed .

M & L for removing plants with roots by chipping walls / beams / junctions of vertical stacks / water supply lines or any other location as directed and making good the disturbed portions with cement mortar (1:3) or plain cement concrete (1:2:4) and painted the surfaces as to match with existing treatment work upto 8th storey (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including earth work for excavation, getting out, returning, filling, ramming and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50m and making good surface and drainage opening wherever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).Including taking down kerbstone. (Note: The Contractor are requsted to quote the rate according reqirement in this description of item)
