DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L RCC (Nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts, beams, isolated footings .lintel, cantiliver slab etc.

M&L Formwork (square rough finished surface of concrete) to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns , beams, footings, sides and soffits of suspended/cantiliver slab etc.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width, 25 cm in depth, 15cm in height and setting in mortar 1:6 completed all as specified and direceted .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 to on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. Complete all as specified and directed.
