Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Granular chlorination dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution up to 25 LPH working pressure 10 Kg/cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor , agitator with SS seep blade duly FRP coated , FRP Tank 150 Ltrs Capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint comp0lete with chemical grade PVC NRV, along with control panel for dosing pump suitable for Model SSAPS/CDSPT/25 made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital voltmeter, Ampere meter, single phase preventer, high voltage low voltage protection along with Connected accessories including foot valve, dosing valve of suitable size and required tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-(i) Dosing system shall be applicable/suitable for existing Submersible pump set/centrifugal pump set of any capacity installed at site. (ii) Smooth operation of dozing system at site up to 02 years after date of completion is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If during this period any repair/maintenance is required than it will be done by the contractor with out any extra cost.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of centrifugal pump set (for clear water) split casing type as per IS:1520 electric driven and coupled with suitable electric squirrel cage induction motor 415 V, 3 Ph as per IS-12615 of suitable capacity (not less than 50 HP) mounting on and including common base plate fabricated by heavy duty MS channel and required PCC work as recommended by manufacturer, including pressure gauge 0 to 10 kg/cm2 glycerin filled with brass air cock heavy duty, MS type coupling complete with rubber tire as required, with necessary electric connections to motor. Taking down old pump set with base frame and depositing to MES store, and any modification to existing suction and discharge line shall be done by providing MS pipe line of suitable size by contractor complete all as specified and as directed.. The pump set having suitable shaft of grade cast stainless steel, and pump set suitable for 115 Cum/Hr discharge at 65 Mtr head.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of centrifugal pump set (for clear water having gravity -01) split casing electric driven coupled with suitable electric squarrel cage induction motor 415 V, 3 Ph of suitable capacity (not less than 60 HP) mounting on and including common base plate fabricated by heavy duty MS channel and required PCC work as recommended by manufacturer, including pressure gauge 0 to 10 kg/cm2 glycerin filled with brass air cook heavy duty, MS type coupling complete with rubber tyre as required, with necessary electric connections to motor. Taking down old pump set with base frame and depositing to MES store, and any modification to existing suction and discharge line shall be done by providing MS pipe line of suitable size by contractor, complete all as specified and as directed. The pump set having suitable shaft of grade cast stainless steel, and pump set suitable for 115 Cum/Hr discharge at 80 Mtr head.

Note for item No 02 and 03:- (i) Pump suction and delivery side be checked at site before placing the order of new pump set and drawing be approved by GE. (ii) For modification of installation of new pump set if any welding work is required than it shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Rate of MS pipe line of suitable size of required length (for modification of suction and discharge line) is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and laying lowering & jointing with submersible pump lead including jointing material PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible flat cable multi stranded copper conductor 16 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying lowering & jointing with submersible pump lead including jointing material PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible flat cable multi stranded copper conductor 25 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of cast iron pipe 100/150/200 mm bore for insertion of tees, collars, sluice valves, etc including dewatering work required for working water pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS flange min 8 mm thick of 150mm dia duly drilled holes including welding in plain end of MS pipe with one rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 150mm dia MS pipe ERW, heavy grade ("C") in six metre length having threading and welding at both ends externally confirming to IS 1239 including two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primers on external surfaces of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on complete all as specified and as directed.
