M&L for servicing /preventive maintenance of DG set up to the time of 6 Month of capacity 10 KVA to 30KVA at site comprising of the following drain out used engine oil by opening the oil chamber ,cleaning the chamber throughly, pouring the new engine oil,Pouring the new radiator Coolant, refixing the chamber cover with new gasket , replacement of Diesel Filter ,Oil Filter, Air Filter, cleaning the diesel tank, clean radiator fins , check rubber seal and hose pipes replace if found defective , check speed governer for proper functioning and lubricating linkages,cheeks functioning of engine protection unit , Check and repair of any leakage etc.and replacement of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc are included in quoted rates of sch A' . The above checks are strictly followed in the duration of two month interval. Various checks to be followed are:- (a) Checking of engine oil level. (b) Checking of oil bath cleaner oil level. (c) Drain sediments from fuel tank. (d) Checking of pre-cleaner dust pan (e) Checking of air cleaner restriction. (f) Checking of coolant level (g) Record oil pressure (h) Checking/tightening of all nuts-bolts of engine and alternator (j) Checking of AVM pads (k) Checking of diaphragm coupling (l) Checking of tappet clearance (m) clean fuel tank breather (n) Clean crank case breather (o) Checking of air piping (p) Cleanig of oil bath air cleaner tray screen (q) Check/adjust belts (r) checking battery voltage, water level and apply jelly on terminals (s) Checking fan hub/air blower hub and water pump (t) Cleaning turbo-charger (u) Tighten manifold nuts of cops screws (v) Cleaning of electrical connections with CTC solutions (w) Checking of safety controls (x) Cleaning of engine. (y) Replacement of complete engine oil with new one Note : (i) Preventative maintenance ( Checking ) should be done on every two Months. (ii) Spare Parts,Filters,Engine oil, Coolent which ever is used shall be measured and Paid separately.

M&L for repair to radiator assembly of any make, vintage and design by taking out from DG set varies from 25 KVA to 75 KVA capacity including transportation to workhop for repair . The repair work involves opening of upper & lower cabinet of radiators by means of welding/soldering ,descaling the assy tank by filling up and stearing the decalling solutions (i.e soda and concentrated acid) with high pressure , cleaning the tubes with wire brushes and high water pressure. After cleaning , the leaking tubes and raditor body will be repaired with soldering and brazing in sufficient size and re assembling complete in unique shape all as directed. Testing the leaking portion with high water pressure all as directed. Refixing the radiator of DG Set by means of nut,bolts,washers and packing etc. and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Detaching the Engine from alternator taking out Engine of DG set from canopy by Hydra crane & Transporting it to Workshop for Repair/Overhaul and back to Technical Area after repair.Dismantling Cylinder Head of each DG Set after removing inlet & Exhaust manifold diesel pipes ,rocker Assy ,FIP, Radiator,Oil shump,Removing Piston with connecting rod.complete all as specified and directed. (i) Spare Parts,Filters,Engine oil, Coolant which ever is used shall be measured and Paid Separately.
