Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement but using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound for use in rendering on external surface.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coppings, benching, kerbs, edges for manhole /drains etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete including re-inforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone agg) as in cover slab of manholes cover slab etc and set in CM 1:4 including necassary form work and mouldings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 nominal mix type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs and similar works n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel 10 mm dia and over TMT bar, FE 550D cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel 6-8 mm dia TMT bar, FE 550D cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, in soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil/materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone agg) as in bed in drain pipe 110mm dia bore incl packing under and haunching incl necessary shuttering against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 10 litre capacity, virgin polypropylene cistern, ISI marked, coloured, low level, valveless syohonic action type, 45cm PVC connection with PVC bend/flush pipe complete and making all connections including taking down existing high or low level unserviceable flushing cistern and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length of 600 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern (EWC), White including connection to trap and to flushing pipe with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, making good to floor, plastic water closet seat cover with mild steel chromium plated hinges and chromium plated jet spray with 1.5 meter flexible LDPE pipe jointed with pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of man holes of any depth by opening incl de-sludging, dewatering either by mechanical pump or by manually and taking out solids, semi solids etc, well flushing with water removing extracted sludges etc to a distance n.exc 50m and buried by excarating shallow pits and covered the sludge filled with loose/soft soil of minimum 20cm thick layer on top incl supply and sprinkling of bleaching powder @ 1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 2 Labours for cleaning of manholes/nahani trap/ gully trap manually will report to AGE B/R-I complaint cell at 0845 hrs daily except on holiday, failing which the recovery @ 250/day per person will imposed to the contractor as the clearing of sewage blockage is an essential service.

Cleaning of soil/waste pipe lines of any type of 100mm dia by roding from man hole to man hole cleaning eyes and flushing with water for the cleaning incl removal of sludge and re-setting of man holes cover complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of soil/waste pipe lines of any type of 150mm dia by roding from man hole to man hole cleaning eyes and flushing with water for the cleaning incl removal of sludge and re-setting of man holes cover complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type and size exc 100 mm dia and n. exc 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 m depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr of any type of blockage of anykind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, roodding, including desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire stretch complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of brick/cement concrete drains of any type and size exc and removing sludge to 250 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed

Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as of complaints recieved day to day complete all as directed. Note :- (1) This item inculdes cleaning of each pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. Note :- (2) Labours for cleaning of manholes/nahani trap/ gully trap manually will report to AGE B/R-I complaint cell at 0845 hrs daily except on holiday, failing which the recovery @ 250/day per person will imposed to the contractor as the clearing of sewage blockage is an essential service.

Cleaning of manholes/grease traps upto 1.5 metre depth and removal of sludge/silt etc in foul conditions to outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 35600.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
