Repairs to HT/LT 100 KVA transformer at LIS Armpora by way of: Dismantling of 11/0.4KV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV connections. To and fro carriage of transformer in Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling in a Tata mobile across approximate lead of 80km. Providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, heating in the heating chamber. Complete assembling of 11/0.4 KV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of transformer lid by way of fitting of nuts, bolts, gaskets, insulators etc. Refilling of T-oil in tank. Reconnecting HT/LT connection and testing. Desiccation and filtration of existing T-oil (140L). Topping of the transformer by providing & filling fresh T-Oil. (20 L).

Repairing, Servicing and reconditioning of 200 HP ATS Starter panel by way of repair/replacement of indispensable accessories. Disconnecting of leads of ATS Starter Panel, loading in a private vehicle by well skilled labours to be arranged by the firm carriage upto workshop, unloading at workshop for carrying out necessary repairs, Dismantling and accessing of damages by way of checking of each contactor assembly and its allied fittings as per details mentioned below. i) Providing and fitting of contactor coil (MNX-550/415V Ac)to 3-pole, 550A contactor assembly of after extraction of damaged one.-------------(01No.) ii) Providing and fitting of single phase preventer.------(01No.) iii) Providing and fitting of Electro-Pneumatic Timer (On- Delay/Off delay) range 0-60Seconds Coil Voltage 415Volt Ac.-------------------(01No.) iv) Providing and fitting of new Auxiliary Control wiring as per requirement.-------------(01 Job) v) Providing and fitting of 10Amp MCB Single pole for Auxiliary Control Wiring.¬------(03No.) Vi) Providing and fitting of new insulating material to existing Bus Bar after extraction of damaged insulation from Bus Bar of ATS Starter.---------------------------( 01 Job ) vii) Providing and fitting of new CT Coils 0-400A with CT ratio of 400/5.-------------------(03No) viii) Providing and fitting of Volt Meter 0-500 Volt.-------- (01No.) IX) Providing and filling of T-oil--------------30L X) The job also includes the charge for providing of brass bolts with nuts as per sample for incoming and outgoing connections. for ATS (1kg). Servicing and reconditioning by way of using acetone to decarbonize the contact points of contactor and removal of unwanted material from the other accessories of panel. Removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. The job includes shifting back of ATS Starter Panel to site (to and fro lead is approx. 70 km) and testing on full load successfully at Lift Irrigation Scheme Vodhpora.

Repairs to the 250 mm dia mild steel rising main at various spots by way of cutting, grinding, welding and belting using 04 mm thick MS strips with superior quality welding electrodes at site including manual earth excavation to facilitate welding around pipe. Approx. weld length 150cm at two spots. The job includes cost on account of load carrier, DG set, welding set, skilled cum non-skilled man power for completion of job at Lift Irrigation Scheme zandbatti.
