Dismantling AC Corrugated/ Semi corrugated Sheets as in Roofing including Ridge or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and Ceiling Boards (Fibre, Pulp, Insulation, etc.) or Insulation Boards /Blankets/Slabs, any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S& F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F false ceiling with 4mm thick Non asbestos desingner 'E' Board as approved by GE fixed with and including GI powder coated inverted Tee or 'L' section suspended from ceiling with 2 Nos 2mm dia GI wires @ 1200mm C/C with (a) Main runner of size 28x24x0.8mm (b) Cross tee size 28x24x0.8mm (c) Wall angle 24x24x0.65 mm, etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails etc complete.

M&L 2nd class hard wood boarding 200mm thick planed on one side with butt joints, fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of pink primer etc complete.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses incl taking down existing roof treatment complete:- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance.

Disconnecting existing tank exc 250 n.exc 1000 setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including wash out GI pipe 32mm of 450mm length with stopper complete all as specified.

Fixing only in repair for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including wash out GI pipe 32mm of 450mm length with stopper complete all as specified.

Fixing only in repairs 20mm dia Ball valves screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb/mud stops/coping etc including necessary form work complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM(1:6) incl demolition of existing brick work etc complete.
