Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown in the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax,Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata /Sail /Reliance/Jindal Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetera as required in gate gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works as per approved make all complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (IS marked Z-120) of TATA Durashine /Reliance/Jindal Steel over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametres with prepainted limpet, rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, drawing and design and specifications.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 300x16mm (Three hundered into Sixteen millimetres) nominal size brass sliding door bolts ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etcetera complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 200x10mm (two hundered into Ten millimetres) nominal size Brass Tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etcetera. complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
