Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

Bidder should have at least 02 yearsexperience in providing Manpower Services to Government Departments OR any ULB'S and Satisfactorily completed at least one similar work and to submit certificate issued by competent authority for amount not less than 10lakh

Bidder should be registered with appropriate authorities under Employees Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance Acts

Labour Certificate

Valid GST and PAN certificate

GST Registration

Valid company registration certificate

PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)

Financial Status

Tenderer in its name should have in the last 2 years 2023-234 to 2025-26 achieved financial years minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 20lakh
