Supply of 50mm dia O.D. Permanently Lubricated High Density Polyethylene (PLB-HDPE duct) duct as per IS: 7328, TEC/GR/TX/ CDS-008/03 March, 2011 with latest amendment and as per tender specification, complete as required.
Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 100mm-150mm below top surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes/ Secondary leads as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith cover plate, gasket & bolts as required as per the drawings. Supply of CI box included 10mm thick CI top cover(Dummy plate) of 310 mm dia. with 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and 6 nos. SS bolts complete as per tender specification & drawing as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of inset fitting of size upto 8" with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material & Fast setting compound of reputed make and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of plug receptacles, & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. complete as per tender specification as required.
ITC of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deep i/c Core cutting and excavation of runway / taxiway surface i/c laveling of housing box with suitable instrument such that slope of top surface of CI box should be match with that of runway surface and top surface of CI box shall be 25mm above Runway/taxiway surface level. 50 mm thick base cement concrete shall be provided at bottom and filling of cement paste/slurry of compound mix shall be done all around the gap between CI box and excavated core. Cement mortar of 1:3 with compound mix shall be provided at top around the housing box of 200mm width to make finish slope to level of runway all around the housing box. box shall be painted all around in & out with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint before installation. Fitting Numbring and Lettering on Fitting base/dummy plate shal be done after installation.Work included disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making the runway/taxiway surface good the same as original complete as per tender specification & drawing as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PE sheathed primary circuit cable of 5 KV grade of 1C x 6sqmm./ 1C x 16sqmm. size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe/ Open masonary duct/ Cable tray(with cable tie) etc. as required.
Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 100 mm and width upto 25 mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead AFL cable along with laying of secondary lead and 1 no. earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c filling the same by suitable sealing material of reputade make etc complete as required i/c disposal of excavated PQC/ bitumin, debris/malba and making good the same as per instruction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of precast RCC Round type cable manhole chamber of Dia.(I.D.) 1.0M and height 1.0M with all around(i/c base but except top cover) wall thickness not less than 100mm. with top cover made of 10mm thick MS iron sheet having dia 1.2 Meter fixing in position and applying two priming coat of approved steel primer and one topcoat synthetic enamel black paint using structural steel etc. (2 nos. 50 X 50 X 6mm angle welding across the diameter for strength and 3 Nos. 12mm rod for handle ) chamber should have Four clear holes Two each on 180 degree from centre & 300 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 4 Nos. 50 mm dia HDPE pipe Including excavation in soft/ hard soil and consolidating with excavated earth all around the chamber by ramming and watering etc. as per tender specification & drawing and site requirement.
Supply & fixing of 100 mm dia Medium class GI pipe of approved make in in hard rock/bitumenous/concrete surface at a depth of 30 cm (width shall be as per site requirement but not less than 150mm) including getting out the excavated rock/bolder and disposal of excavated rock/bolder as directed within a lead of 50 metres and refilling the trench completely by providing PCC(1:2:4) after fixing, cutting & laying of pipe. providing coupler at both ends of GI pipe, making the top surface smooth finish etc. complete as per site requirement.(For road crossing)
Cutting and making groove of width suitable for laying of one no. 50mm dia HDPE pipe and minimum 100 mm depth under hard concrete surface of APRON/Taxi track with saw cut machine and concrete breaker machine etc. complete as required.
Laying of 50mm. dia.(O.D.) HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on existing trench between the transformer housing boxes and fixing the pipe with 1mm thick Iron saddle complete as per site requirements.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) and 4% of cement fast setting compound on existing grooves or as per requirement on taxi/runway shoulders and finishing the top surcace matching to existing surfaces etc. complete as required.
Supply and moulding of secondary Connectors (Male connector at one end and Female connector at other end of secondary cable) of size 2 x 4 Sq.mm multi stranded annealed conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed unshielded cable of 600 V grade at site complete as required.(This work shall be done before kerf cutting. Measurement of required length of each secondary lead shall be taken and accordingly secondary lead cable shall be cut and then connectors moulding shall be done. )
Earthing with 'B' class G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing RCC(1:2:4) enclosure(350mm X 350mm X 350mm) with 6 mm thick 300mm X 300mm MS cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt complete as per tender specifications as required.
Supply & laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G. I. pipe from earth electrode i/c Kerf cutting the runway surface upto 50mm deep and 20mm width and refilling with compound mix cement mortar etc. as required.
Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.
Making field connection by crimping of 6/16 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6/16 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying good quality HT/LT PVC insulation tape, fixing of Isolation transformer etc. complete as required. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of one number 3 lamps PAPI unit (01 job) (Vardhman Make) with base plates including positioning & fixing of checking stick base plate, supply of all required materials for complete installation including designing and providing suitable strength PCC and RCC foundation as per OEM along with PCC pedestal (1:2:4 cement concrete) of 1000mm wide and 200mm thick all around the foundation of each PAPI unit and checking base foundation, connection & laying of secondary leads in flexible metal conduit, connections/ inter-connections with isolating transformers including excavation, levelling, sloping and refilling of hard/soft soil etc complete as per site requirements i/c testing, commissioning and confirming to tender specifications and annexure 14 of ICAO with latest upto date ammendments etc complete as per tender specification as required. (Note:- Pre installation work like serveying of PAPI site elevation, site preparation are included in scope of work. Only Runway elevation shall be provided by AAI.)
Supply of 8c x 2.5 sq.mm. of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor control cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date ammendment etc. complete as required.
SITC of Horizontal double mounting outdoor siren of range 5KM, intended for use in all weather condition, with 3HP 2800 RPM motor suitable for operation on 400/440 VOLTS 50 HZ A.C. power supply along with supply & fixing of 3P AC power contactor of rating 22A(AC3)/32A(AC1) with 1NO Aux contact, 40A 4P C-curve MCB and other required accessories fixed on DIN rail in SMC junction box(Sintex model GSJB-5728) for remote switching of siren including control wiring and power wiring with 4C X 4 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable upto 15 Meter shall be provided in 25mm PVC conduit. Siren shall be mounted on 1.5 Meter height ladder type frame structure made from supplying and fabrication of 50x50x6 GI angle with suitable holes for bolting/fixing of siren (Approximate weight of siren shall be 80-90 Kg). Siren cover made of suitable size MS sheet shall be fabricated and provided to protect the siren from rain. All the fabrication shall be painted with two coat of red oxide and one coat of silver metal paint complete with all accessories, suitable angle/ channels, gland, painting etc.as per tender specification and site requirement. (Siren make -Kheraj, Model no. HDT-500 or equivalent)
Supply of high voltage synthetic insulating mat made of synthetic Elastomer suitable for following voltage grade conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 meter. Insulating mat should be flexible, anti skid, fire retardant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids, alkalis and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixed with suitable adhesive/ chemical bond, resin, water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be ISI marked along with CM/L nos. at every meter. Insulating mats should be CPRI certified for required voltage level. 11 KV grade, class B, Thickness- 2.5mm+/-10% with 45KV dielectric strength.
