Providing and supplying D.I. specials of class K-12, like branch, bends and tapers for water supply works suitable for push on jointing (Rubber gasket jointing) conforming to IS 9523 with cement morter lining for inside surface and outside Zinc coating with Bituminus Paint including all other taxes, insurance, carriage to work site with loading, unloading etc, stacking including inspection charges of DGS&D/ SGS and sales tax all complete.

Earth work in excavation (As per I.S. 3114/1965) for laying of different types and sizes pipes so as to give one meter average cover over the socket of pipe with disposal of excavated earth within initial dead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Supplying all labours, tools, tackles, lubricant etc. for laying and jointing D.I. K-9/ D.I. K-7 pipe in trenches, supplying rubber gasket (Rubber gasket conforming to ISS 9523) and making gasket joints including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident, all complete (pipe to be supplied departmentally free of cost) and laying of pipe is to be done as per ISS 3114:1985 as per design specification and direction of E/ I.

Supplying centrifugally cast(Spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes for Water supply with socket and Spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 in standard lengths of class K-9/K-7 suitable for push on joint (Rubber gasket jointing) with cement morter lining for inside surface and outside Zinc coating with Bituminous paint including all other taxes, insurance, stacking including inspection charges of DGS&D/ SGS and sales tax all complete including carraiage.

Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of engineer-in-Charge.

Providing double flanged sluice valve confirming for IS 2906/14846 including worn gear as per test pressure stainless steel spindle, caps, transportation etc. all complte without bye-pass arrnagements.

Installation of product pipe by Auqer Boring method icnluding making of entry & exit pits, all related civil carries like excavation shoring/strutting etc. shielded excavation through auqer boring process lowering of pipe up to 300mm dia segments in the jacking pit, laying and jointing of product pipe line through jacking process from the parking pit & restoration of site after projects completion as per the instructions of the E/I.

Manufacturing , providing and supplying spirally welded/ ERW/ SAW / fabricated M.S. Pipe (commercial Quality) including procurements of plates, gas cutting to required size, rolling, tack welding , assembling in suitable lenghs to form pipes, welding on automatic welding machine and forming 'V'edge on both ends of pipes in all respect etc. complete as IS-3589 and IS-5504 as applicable as per specifications ( No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible)

Dia 450mm ID , 10mm thickness

Supplying all materials, labours, tools and equipment and constructing Brick masonary chamber of 1.5M.x 1.20M. x 1.50M. inner size having 25cm. thick 75A brick masonry wall in C.M. (1:6), over 150mm. P.C.C. M- 150, laid over one brick flat soling on 100mm. local sand filling, including 12mm. thick cement plaster with punning of inner surface and exposed surface of B/W in C.M. (1:6) and R.C.C. M- 150 cover slab 150mm. thick with 20mm. to 6mm. graded stone chips, and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including providing CI surface box and screening shuttering, mixing, placing, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per approved design, drawing & specification and direction of E/I. (As per Analysis )

Supplying tools, labours and cutting road for laying of pipes of different size and restoring the same as per specification and direction of E/I.

a) Pucca road (except black top only taken out materials to be used) for cutting road as per requirement and making good the same.

Supplying tools and tackles for testing of laid D.I. pressure pipe up to 60 meter head of water all complete as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Connection of DI pipe from existing pipe line including E/W , PCC cutting & restoring, cutting of pipe 100mm to 700mm dia making joints with mech joints complete job including back filling as per direction of E/I.

Cost towards connection of house hold including supplying ferrule, E/W, PCC road cutting and restoring the same as per site condition and direction of E/I.
